Little Bakers
(Ages 5 - 8)
This cake decorating class is designed for aspiring young bakers and decorators who love being in the kitchen! We focus on strengthening hand grip skills, practicing piping and working with fondant. This class works with small cakes and cupcakes.
Young Decorators
(Ages 8-12)
Students will explore essential decorating skills, including: baking basics, buttercream skills like coloring, piping, and borders with simple flowers. Fondant fun, rolling, shaping and creating accents. Design techniques like layering, smoothing and edible art.
Personalized Tutorials
(Ages 5 - Adult)
These are private lessons that focus on each students individual skills and goals.
This course is available for all ages.
Creative Confectioners
(Ages 13 - 18)
This beginner-friendly class introduces high school students to the fundamentals of cake decorating and creative design. Students will learn essential techniques such as frosting, piping, color mixing, and adding decorative elements to create polished, eye-catching cakes. The class focuses on building confidence, creativity, and a strong foundation in decorating skills.
